Hito no Kanousei wo Shinji, Nakama to Tomo ni Kachi wo Tsukuru
(Translation: Believing in Human Potential and Creating Value Together) for students graduating in spring 2028.

This is a three-day program that challenges you to develop new values based on LDH business operations.

Take action on behalf of others, trust your teammates, and collaboratively produce value that cannot be achieved individually.

What you will gain through discussions and working through challenges with teammates
who have diverse values and experiences goes far beyond planning and pitching skills.
