“Ready, steady, glow!” is the latest song from CIRRA, a 10-member girl group formed through the audition program “GIRLS BATTLE AUDITION.” The song was produced by Harumi Sato, the second-generation leader of E-girls, and was selected as the featured track for the “EXPG × SAVAS TikTok Dance Contest.”

“Ready, steady, glow!” is a new song by CIRRA created specifically for this project. It will also be included on their third EP, “Snow Dress / I like it,” which is set for release on November 18. The song explores themes of “growing alongside rivals and friends,” “taking on challenges,” and “becoming the person you want to be and achieving self-fulfillment.” This song highlights the value of pursuing your dreams and the strength that comes from moving forward together with friends.

The “EXPG × SAVAS TikTok Dance Contest” is a TikTok dance video contest presented by “SAVAS”, the sports nutrition brand operated by Meiji Co., Ltd., and “EXPG STUDIO,” a comprehensive entertainment school. As part of our efforts to promote “participatory promotion”—an approach that harnesses the creativity of younger generations to further expand the protein user base—the two parties have entered into an official partnership centered around TikTok and dance, both of which are especially popular among Generation Z and have become part of their everyday lives. As dance is a demanding physical activity requiring a high level of physical ability, “SAVAS” strongly supports the physical development of dancers and others who engage in rigorous daily training, primarily with protein bars that can be conveniently consumed anywhere. In the contest, EXPG-approved TikToks (teams or accounts) in Japan will create and post original dance videos inspired by the theme of “SAVAS Protein Bar,” set to the new song “Ready, steady, glow!” Each video will showcase the unique personality and individuality of the respective team or account. The posting and judging period runs from October 1, 2026 (Thu.), through October 14, 2026 (Wed.), with entries evaluated comprehensively based on factors such as view counts and dance performance. The winning team is scheduled to appear in a new “SAVAS” web video. Be sure to find your favorite team and show your support.

This project brings together CIRRA’s messages of “growing alongside friends” and “taking on challenges,” expressed through the song, with EXPG students who work hard every day as they pursue their dreams through dance. Along with the new song “Ready, steady, glow!”, all eyes are on how the talented EXPG participants will bring the “SAVAS Protein Bar” to life through their uniquely individual dance performances.
