■ OUR INTENT|Promoting Japanese Food Culture on a Stage with Ties to the British Royal Family
With its deep ties to the British Royal Family, the tournament is known as an international social gathering that brings together members of the Royal Family, important guests, cultural figures, and business leaders from around the world.
Being selected as one of the establishments representing Japanese food culture for such a highly symbolic stage goes beyond a simple opportunity to make an appearance; we view it as an important opportunity and responsibility to share the value of Japanese cuisine with the world.
Through the uniquely Japanese culinary tradition of yakitori, TORISHIKI ICHIMON offers an experiential value that encompasses respect for ingredients, mastery of heat control, and an aesthetic sensibility that emerges from each precise movement of the chef, including the simplicity inherent in the craft.
On this stage, where the United Kingdom’s traditions and culture of social exchange are deeply rooted, we look forward to seeing how Japanese cuisine will be received. Standing at this intersection, we will continue to take on the challenge of creating new value.

The tournament began with the founding of the club in 1955 and has developed over a long history while deepening its ties with the British Royal Family. Today, it is known not only as a competitive event that brings together top-level players from around the world, but also as an international social occasion attended by members of the Royal Family, important guests from various countries, cultural figures, and business leaders.
