We are pleased to announce that Torimachi, a casual yakitori dining brand born from TORISHIKI ICHIMON, led by Yoshiteru Ikegawa, who is working together with our company to enhance the value of Japanese food culture and is the owner of Meguro’s “TORISHIKI,” a restaurant which frequently receives MICHELIN stars and is renowned as “Japan’s most difficult restaurant to book,” will make a 3-day appearance from June 12, 2026 (Fri.) to June 14, 2026 (Sun.) in “GRAND OPEN 3Days” which will be held at the multi-purpose entertainment complex “TOKYO DREAM PARK,” which opened this spring in Ariake, Tokyo.

This event is being held to commemorate the first opening in Japan of the immersive digital art venue “RÊVE DES LUMIÈRES” which will open within the same facility on June 12 (Fri.).
At the rooftop venue “DREAM TERRACE” on the 6th floor where the event will be held, specially adapted event versions of the restaurant’s original menu items will be served. These include the brand’s signature fragrant, perfectly grilled yakitori, as well as the restaurant’s highly popular “Torimachi no Chuka Soba,” and more.
■ Background and purpose of the appearance
Creating a Combined Culinary and Entertainment Experience that Connects People and the Community
“Torimachi” is a brand that delivers an “everyday pinnacle” yakitori experience, centered on “The Three Sacred Treasures” of classic flavors—yakitori, stews, and kamameshi—while embracing the unique character of each neighborhood.

It will take place as part of the special “GRAND OPEN 3Days” event, held for only three days and coinciding with the opening of “RÊVE DES LUMIÈRES” within TOKYO DREAM PARK.
Torimachi has always valued bringing a “yakitori experience that feels both nostalgic and fresh” into everyday life, while staying attuned to the unique character of each neighborhood.
This appearance in the new district of Ariake represents an opportunity to introduce yakitori culture to a broader range of generations and visitors, and for TORISHIKI ICHIMON, it is also expected to serve as a platform to showcase new possibilities for yakitori.
Through this event, even first-time visitors to Torimachi will be able to experience the brand’s core concept of “everyday pinnacle” flavors, as we offer a lineup of classic menu items that can be enjoyed by guests of all ages.
