The app is provided by LDH, while SoftBank contributes development support and technical expertise leveraged from its “AI Smart Coach” sports service.

“AI DANCE LAB Supported by SoftBank” is a service that offers new learning opportunities for students currently studying dance in studios, as well as for those who want to start. By recording their dance on a smartphone, users can have their movements analyzed using skeletal estimation, which extracts joint coordinates and compares them with reference videos to identify differences^*. Based on this analysis, generative AI provides clear, specific feedback for improvement in text form. The reference videos used in this app features LDH artists and other top professionals. In addition, the AI-generated feedback is built on instructional data supervised by LDH, ensuring practical, high-quality feedback.

“AI DANCE LAB Supported by SoftBank” utilizes a system where video data is processed without being stored in the cloud or used for AI training, ensuring full compliance with personal information protection, information security, and AI governance standards^*.
