Regarding Ryuji Imaichi, who has recently been the subject of media coverage, we hereby offer the following report.

In early April of this year, after entering a taxi while under the influence of alcohol, Ryuji Imaichi engaged in a heated exchange with an accompanying friend. Consequently, it has been revealed that he exhibited inappropriate and socially unacceptable behavior both within and outside the vehicle.

First and foremost, we’d like to express our deepest apologies to the taxi driver and all individuals affected by this unfortunate incident.

While the behavior stemmed from an emotional conflict between Ryuji Imaichi and his companion, regardless of the circumstances, it caused distress and concern to the driver, who was an uninvolved third party, and ultimately disrupted their work. We once again extend our deepest apologies for this incident.

Regarding this matter, Ryuji Imaichi extended a personal apology to the taxi company in April and proposed to resolve the issue. A settlement has since been reached between him and the company.
Once again, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the company for their sincere and generous response despite their busy schedules.
Furthermore, Ryuji Imaichi has also made a heartfelt apology to the driver involved, and we will continue to respond with sincerity moving forward.

As a company, we recognize this incident as a significant issue that has greatly undermined our social credibility.
Upon confirming the facts, we immediately held a meeting with the Compliance Committee and imposed strict disciplinary measures, which included the return of compensation and a period of home confinement.

Ryuji Imaichi is fully aware of the seriousness of his actions and is diligently reflecting on his behavior each day, striving for self-improvement.
Our company will enhance measures to raise the compliance awareness of all our artists and to prevent the recurrence of such an incident.

Additionally, we will take every possible measure to ensure that the privacy of the driver, the taxi company, and all associated parties are not compromised as a result of this report.

To all of our supporters and related parties who have consistently provided us with warm support, we would like to express our commitment to regaining your trust. Ryuji Imaichi, together with our entire company, will work tirelessly and with sincerity to achieve this goal.
